Please read these terms before completing your purchase. By completing payment, you're agreeing to them.
1. WHAT YOU'RE PURCHASING
The Masterclass
Price: $47.00 USD (plus applicable taxes)
Format: 90-minute live workshop with lifetime replay access
Your purchase includes:
• Live workshop
• Lifetime access to the replay
• Downloadable workbook (PDF)
• Access via Teachable
Your purchase does NOT include:
• One-on-one coaching or therapy
• Ongoing support or live group calls beyond the workshop
• Access to other programs
2. REFUND POLICY
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you've accessed less than 25% of the content and your account is in good standing.
To request a refund:
Email support@anniewright.com with your name, the email you used to purchase, your order number, and a brief note about why it wasn't the right fit. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
No refunds after:
• 7 days from purchase
• Accessing more than 25% of content
• Account termination for Terms violations
All sales are final after the 7-day refund period.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is $47.00 USD, due in full at purchase. We accept credit card and PayPal (processed through Stripe).
Access is granted after successful payment. If payment fails or is reversed (including chargebacks), your access will be suspended immediately.
Please use our refund process rather than initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks will result in immediate account termination without refund.
4. WHAT YOU CAN & CANNOT DO
You may:
• Watch the workshop and replay for your personal use
• Take notes and download materials for yourself
• Apply what you learn to your own life
You may NOT:
• Share your login with others
• Download, record, screenshot, or redistribute videos or materials
• Use content for commercial purposes or to create your own courses
• Screen-share or broadcast the workshop to others
This is a single-user license—one person per purchase. We reserve the right to terminate access immediately, without refund, if these terms are violated.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content is copyrighted by Annie Wright LLC and protected by law. You cannot copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the materials. Unauthorized sharing is copyright infringement and may result in legal action.
6. THIS IS EDUCATION, NOT THERAPY
This is important, so I want to be clear:
This workshop is educational content only. It is not therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, or medical advice.
Although I'm a licensed therapist (LMFT), I am not acting as your therapist through this workshop. No therapist-client relationship is created by your purchase or participation.
This workshop is not a substitute for:
• Individual or family therapy
• Psychiatric care or medication
• Crisis intervention services
• Medical treatment of any kind
If you are in crisis:
• Call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline)
• Go to your nearest emergency room
• Contact a licensed mental health provider immediately
Please consult your own therapist or doctor before making decisions about your mental health based on this workshop.
7. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS
Results depend on many factors—your circumstances, effort, and what you do with what you learn. Testimonials reflect individual experiences, not promises of what you'll achieve.
I can't guarantee that the content will work for your specific situation, that you'll achieve any particular outcome, or that the platform will be uninterrupted.
By purchasing, you confirm that:
• You are not in crisis
• You are not using this as a substitute for needed therapy
• You will seek professional help if you need it
• You are at least 18 years old
8. LIABILITY LIMITS
Our maximum liability is limited to $47.00 (what you paid). We are not liable for emotional distress, psychological harm, loss of data, platform outages, or actions you take based on course content. The workshop is provided "as is" without warranties.
9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We may link to third-party resources. We don't endorse them or guarantee their quality—use them at your own discretion and subject to their terms.
10. CHANGES & ACCESS
We may update content, change platforms, or discontinue offerings at any time. "Lifetime access" means access as long as the workshop is available—it doesn't mean we're obligated to maintain it forever.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Maine law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
